Who am I ?
I'm Cécile Bouquier, a special education teacher, also holding a degree in Educational Sciences, and a solo mom of two.
For the past 20 years, I’ve had the chance to work in schools, institutions, and now independently with a wide range of children, teenagers, and families.
Throughout these years, I’ve supported children with special needs, helped struggling teens, and worked closely with students and teachers in a middle school. These experiences gave me deep insight into the real challenges faced not only by children and their parents, but also into the vital connection between school and home.
On a personal level, like many parents, I’ve experienced the stress that often comes with homework.
When my eldest child started attending a bilingual school, I suddenly found myself confronted with unfamiliar terms, a language I didn’t speak, and academic expectations that were hard to follow.
Between the lack of time, the desire to help, and the fear of not being good enough, I truly understood how homework could turn into a daily source of tension.
That’s when I decided to bring together my personal and professional experience to create a method designed to:
Support parents who want to help their children — even when time, confidence, or knowledge are missing
Help kids better understand their lessons, progress at their own pace, and rediscover the joy of learning
Build a bridge between home and school, respecting both teachers’ expectations and each family’s unique needs
Today, I offer this expertise to families with a simple belief:
Homework shouldn’t mean stress or conflict.
With the right tools, it can become a moment of collaboration, confidence, and even joy.
